李宁2014设计大赛正式开始

一、大赛概述

一场从李宁设计大赛刮出的风暴正在让2016年巴西奥运会的风情席卷全球!年轻爱好体育的你,快来和李宁一起引领这场青春运动的风潮,快来为运动鞋和运动服装/服配注入桑巴的血液!

2014年李宁设计大赛5月26日正式开始,诚邀您参加!

二、组织机构:

主办单位:李宁(中国)体育用品有限公司

三、大赛主题及征集内容

主题:巴西·李约 2016

征集内容:融入2016里约奥运风情,反映巴西灵感,以青春、运动、时尚为主题的鞋、服配作品。

四、征集对象

有意从事服装设计、鞋设计的高校在校生或应届毕业生或设计爱好者。

五、时间

征集时间:2014年5月26日至9月5日

终评时间:2014年9月9日至9月12日

颁奖仪式:2014年9月下旬 

六、奖项设置

一等奖  2名        里约往返机票一张,大赛门票+限量发行带有获奖者签名的作品(服装、鞋各1名)

二等奖  2名        与李宁先生工作一天+限量发行带有获奖者签名的作品(服装、鞋各1名)

三等奖  6名  限量发行带有获奖者签名的作品(服装、鞋各3名)

入围奖  20名        李宁产品

参与奖  所有参与者   宁聚奖

备注:大赛获奖者会优先考虑加入李宁。

七、作品提交需知:

1.如何参与本次大赛?

任何设计或非设计类专业在校大学生及设计爱好者均可免费参加。请将作品提交至官方邮箱(LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn),并附上个人简历以便联系。

2.每人只能提交一件作品吗?是否可以团体参赛?

每位参赛者均可提交多件作品,数量不受限制,也可团体参赛(但团体奖奖品视为1份)。

3、如何上传我的作品?

您可以向本次活动官方邮箱(LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn)提交作品。

八、作品提交格式:

作品请提供A3幅面图片文件,请保留高分辩率原始作品或矢量格式作品以方便获奖后提交大图;作品需包含创意来源、手绘草图、产品效果图(或模型照片)等信息。

参赛作品以邮件形式发送到LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn主办方在顺利收到邮件后24小时内发送确认邮件 。

邮件内需包含:

1、个人信息:在主题栏注明真实姓名+手机联系方式

2、参赛作品:图片格式为72DPI,RGB,JPG格式,数量不限但邮件总大小控制在5M以内,超过5M邮箱不予接受。禁止恶性重复发送邮件,发现者取消参赛资格。

3、个人简历:word格式提交简历一份,便于日后招聘事宜。

九、注意事项

1、 凡参加设计大赛的选手,请于2014年9月6日前向本次活动官方邮箱(LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn)提交作品,请一并附加个人简历以便联系。

2、作品展示期间,参赛作品的展示名称将由作品标题和选手姓名共同组成。参赛作品必须有一个适当的标题,中文字数不超过15个字,语言不限。

十、评选原则及办法:

活动主办方工作人员不得参与比赛。

获奖者个人信息不正确,则视同该参赛选手自动放弃奖项。

作品评选分初评和终评两个环节。评委将在以下几方面对作品进行加分:创意表现、引领潮流、商业价值。

组委会通过李宁招聘微信平台、电话以及Email等形式通知获奖者。

本次大赛的评委会拥有对所有获奖作品的最终裁定权。

十一、版权声明

依据国家有关法律法规,凡主动提交作品的“参赛者”或“作者”,主办方认为其已经对所提交的作品版权归属作如下不可撤销声明:

1、原创声明

参赛作品是参赛者原创作品,未侵犯任何他人的任何专利、著作权、商标权及其他知识产权;该作品未在报刊、杂志、网站及其他媒体公开发表,未申请专利或进行版权登记的作品,未参加过其他比赛,未以任何形式进入商业渠道。参赛者保证参赛作品终身不以同一作品形式参加其他的设计比赛或转让给他方。否则,主办单位将取消其参赛、入围与获奖资格,收回奖金、奖品及并保留追究法律责任的权利。

2、参赛作品知识产权归属

所有参赛作品除作者署名权以外的全部著作权归大赛冠名主办企业所有,即李宁(中国)体育用品有限公司所有,包括但不限于以下方式行使著作权:享有对所属大赛作品方案进行再设计、生产、销售、展示、出版和宣传等权利。大赛主办方对所有参赛作品拥有展示和宣传等权利。其他任何单位和个人(包括作者本人)未经授权不得以任何形式对作品转让、复制、转载、传播、摘编、出版、发行、许可使用等。

参赛者提交作品之前,已仔细阅读上述条款,充分理解并表示同意。

I. Event overview

A windstorm arisen from Li Ning Design Competition is making the style of 2016 Brazil Olympics sweep across the globe! As a young sports fan, come on and join Li Ning for leading such a youthful and dynamic tide and infuse Samba blood into sports shoes/garments/accessories!

You are cordially invited to get involved in Li Ning Design Competition officially launched on May 26, 2014.

II. Organizer

Hosted by: Li Ning (China) Sports Goods Co., Ltd.

III. Theme and contents for collection

Theme: 2016 Rio, Brazil

Contents for collection: Shoes, garments and accessories themed at youth, sports and fashion by blending the style of 2016, Rio Brazil and reflecting the inspiration of Brazil.

IV. Candidates for the competition

University students or fresh university graduates or design enthusiasts who are interested in design of garments and shoes.

V. Time

Period: May 26-September 5, 2014

Evaluating period: September 9-12, 2014

Awarding ceremony: Late September, 2014

VI. Award setting

First award: 2 awards, 1 round trip ticket to Rio plus a ticket to major games + limited production of winning design for each winner (1 winner for garment and 1 winner for shoe)

Second award: 2 awards, one day working together with Mr. Li Ning + limited production of winning design for each winner (1 winner for garment and 1 winner for shoe)

Third award: 6 awards, limited production of winning design for each winner (3 winners for garment and 3 winners for shoe)

Enrollment prize: 20 awards, LN products

Participation prize: All the participants, LN fan card

Remark: The winners of the design competition have priority to join in Li Ning.

VII. Notice for works submission

1.How to participate in the competition?

Any university students and design enthusiasts majoring in design or non-design are entitled to participate in the design competition. The participants shall submit their works to the official e-mail (LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn) and attach with resume for communication.

2.Only one works can be submitted by each participant? Is group participation acceptable?

Each participant can submit more than one works without limited number. Group participation is also acceptable (but only one award is granted for one winning group).

3.How to upload my works?

You may submit your works by the official e-mail (LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn) of the event.

VIII. Works format for submission

The works to be submitted shall be in A3 size image file. Please keep your original works with high resolution or vector format works so as to submit large picture after winning.

The works shall include creation source, hand sketch, effect drawing (or model picture) and other relevant information.

The works shall be sent to the e-mail (LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn). The host will send an e-mail for confirmation within 24 hours after receiving the e-mail.

The e-mail shall contain:

1. Personal information: The subject shall include true name and mobile phone number.

2. Works for the competition: The image shall be 72DPI, RGB, JPG format. The number is unlimited but the file shall be less than 5M, otherwise the e-mail will not be accepted. Intentional repeated sending of e-mail is not allowed. If this case exists, the qualification for relevant participant will be canceled.

3. Resume: A copy of resume shall be provided in format of MS Word for facilitating the recruitment in the future.

IX. Notice

1. All those who participate in the design competition shall submit their works to the official e-mail (LNDesign@li-ning.com.cn) for this event before September 6, 2014 and attach a resume for communication.

2. During the works exhibition period, the exhibition name of each works shall include works title and name of participant. Each works must have a suitable title, with Chinese word number not more than 15. No language is limited.

X. Principle and method for selection

The working personnel of the host for this event are not allowed to participate in the competition.

Anybody whose personal information is incorrect is deemed to give up his award automatically.

The selection of works consists of such two links as preliminary selection and final selection. The judges will make their appraisal of works in terms of creative expression, trend setting and commercial value etc. 

The organizing committee will inform the winners in the form of WeChat platform, phone call and e-mail etc.

The judges of this competition have right to finally determine all the winning works.

XI. Copyright statement

According to the relevant state laws and regulations, for those who submit the works positively, the host deems that they have made an irrevocable statement on the copyright ownership for their submitted works as follows:

1. Statement on original creation

All the submitted works shall be based on original creation without infringing on any others’ any patent, copyright, trademark right and other intellectual property right.

The relevant works have not been openly published in any journals, magazines, websites and other media, nor applied for patent or copyright registration, nor participated in other competitions nor entered commercial channels in any forms.

All the participants shall pledge not to participate in other design competitions with the same works form or transfer to others all their life, otherwise, the host will cancel their qualification of participation, enrollment and winning, withdraw the prize and award and reserve the right to investigate for legal responsibility according to law.

2. Intellectual property right ownership for submitted works

All the submitted works except right of authorship shall be owned by the competition titled host, i.e. Li Ning (China) Sports Goods Co., Ltd., including but not limited to the exercise of copyright: enjoying the rights of re-design, production, sale, exhibition, publishing and publicity etc. for the submitted works. The host of the competition has right to exhibit and publicize all the submitted works. Any other units and individuals (including the authors themselves) are not allowed to transfer, reproduce, duplicate, propagate, extract, publish, release and license the works in any forms without permission.

Before the participants submit the works, they shall have carefully read the above articles and fully understood and agreed them.
